Pediatric Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, & Co-Treatment

Integrated speech and occupational therapy to support communication, regulation, and meaningful everyday growth

Supporting Children and Families across Norfolk County and nearby Massachusetts Communities

At SPOT Collective, we specialize in a unique co-treatment approach to support pediatric development through collaboration. Our neurodiversity-affirming philosophy focuses on the whole child, emphasizing meaningful partnership with families.

Experience the difference of our integrated speech and occupational therapy co-treatment model, where we support communication, regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, and functional skills together in real time. Because children make the most meaningful progress when strategies carry over into everyday life, family guidance is built into our work. We intentionally equip caregivers with the tools, insights, and understanding needed to support their child’s growth beyond each session and throughout development.

About Us

We are Kerri LeBlanc, OTR/L and Pamela Bartolini, M.S., CCC-SLP, and together we bring over 40 years of combined experience supporting children and families across pediatric occupational therapy and speech-language pathology.

Our backgrounds span a wide range of settings, including children’s hospital care, inpatient and outpatient pediatrics, public schools, private day school programs, home- and community-based services, acute rehabilitation, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluations and training, sensory regulation, medically complex care, and developmental disabilities.

Kerri spent more than 20 years at Hasbro Children’s Hospital supporting children from birth through age 22 with complex medical and developmental needs, while Pam began her career with Easter Seals of Massachusetts and has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex communication needs across the lifespan. In addition to our direct clinical work, we have provided professional development, spoken at parent advisory events, mentored graduate students and clinicians, and pursued extensive continuing education. Both of us are trauma-informed clinicians and professionally certified as Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialists through Evergreen Certifications.

We are especially passionate about co-treatment, a collaborative approach which allows us to support each child’s unique path of development, harnessing our expertise across communication, regulation, sensory processing, social connection, executive functioning, and functional skills in an integrated and dynamic way. Our model is rooted in building strong relationships with children and families, celebrating every success, and helping each child discover their strengths and areas for growth.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: therapy should be engaging, meaningful, and fun. Because when therapy is FUN, children are more engaged, more confident, and more successful!

The Power of a Collective Approach

Because meaningful progress happens beyond the session and in everyday moments, routines, and relationships.

How We Support Children & Families

Better Together: Integrated Care

Co-treatment of speech and occupational therapy drives our support of children and families at SPOT Collective. Your child works with both a speech therapist and an occupational therapist together, so we can build sensory, regulation, communication, motor, and executive functioning skills in one connected plan. Our small social and regulation groups offer a nurturing, affirming community where kids can practice these skills with peers, feel accepted as they are, and slowly stretch into new confidence. These services are designed to help your child make meaningful progress and to give your family tools you can use every day, so enrolling with us truly feels like having a team on your side.

Why Choose SPOT Collective

We believe that every child's journey is unique.

Our collective approach provides the educational tools and expert guidance families need to support their child's development with confidence and care.

Many therapy models address skills in isolation by separating speech, occupational therapy, and real-life application into different sessions and settings.

At SPOT Collective, our integrated model supports the whole child, allowing for more meaningful progress that carries over into everyday life.
